These classes focus on conditioning. Every day is different from a series of short workouts to the long grinders, boxing, track running and team-based workouts.
We do not focus on the Olympic lifts in these classes.
We allow children to come to these classes. They can sit upstairs with snacks and technology or sit with me at the front of the class.
